With effect from 24 May 2008, DBS Bank has taken over Bowa Bank's 
businesses and selected assets and liabilities, and the website has 
been changed from www.bowabank.com to www.dbs.com/tw.

For now, DBS will maintain Bowa's various businesses unless there is
